Data protection for applications

Usaneers GmbH collects and processes the personal data of applicants for the purpose of handling the application process. These data are transmitted to the personnel responsible upon receipt. This includes in particular the management and the departmental and team leaders responsible for the position.

If Usaneers GmbH concludes an employment contract with an applicant, the transmitted data will be stored for the purpose of processing the employment relationship in compliance with legal requirements. If no employment contract is concluded with the applicant, the application documents will be deleted six months after the announcement of the rejection decision, provided that no other legitimate interests of Usaneers GmbH oppose such deletion. Other legitimate interests in this sense include, for example, a burden of proof in proceedings under the General Equal Treatment Act (AGG).

Applications via our website

Type and purpose of processing:

Personal data that we need exclusively to process your application will only be stored if you provide it to us voluntarily as part of your application. Your personal information and data will be collected and stored with the utmost care and integrity and will only be used for the intended purpose. Juicer

The data controller has integrated a Juicer social wall on this website. The Juicer system offers the option of bundling social media activities in a social feed and integrating it as a social wall on the website. It is possible to integrate hashtag-based posts from Instagram, Twitter and numerous other social media channels or, alternatively, to display all posts from an account (Instagram, Twitter, etc.) on the social wall.
