Mechatronics

Do you have high demands? We do too, because we don’t deliver anything below premium.

Our mechatronics team has many years of experience in building vehicles and trade fair presentations. We are very familiar with the requirements of large automobile trade fairs. Our comprehensive services extend from conception to assembly and cabling to the commissioning of vehicle technology, computer systems and event technology – all in our own modern workshops.

Software and hardware integration

We welcome any technology.

Our expertise includes the development of interactive, graphical user interfaces, the prototypical implementation or connection of display controls as well as the integration of technical components such as sensors and actuators, supplemented by tailor-made algorithms and pattern recognition. These components are used in vehicles, driving simulators and in the integration of external networked services.

Our own software framework, SOLID, forms the foundation for the smooth cooperation of all elements. Thanks to the framework’s large number of functional modules, we can integrate almost any hardware in a very short time and implement distributed systems.

When integrating, we rely on high-performance hardware components, especially in vehicles, where the connection of bus systems and special requirements such as safety, package, heat development, energy efficiency and EMC must be taken into account.

Solutions

We make it possible.

Sometimes innovative developments require special hardware that is not yet available in the required form, such as controls or controllers for new types of displays. In recent years we have therefore launched our own electronics development. This is able to implement embedded solutions and thus develop vehicle-compatible control devices based on microprocessors or to produce complete control elements in close collaboration with prototype builders.

Our developments include technical concepts, circuit diagrams, layouts, packaging, manufacturing, housing and, above all, embedded programming. This is how our own hardware tools were created, including complete climate control units, gear selectors and multi-function steering wheels.

Solid – Our software basis

Our powerful and flexible software platform “SOLID” forms the backend for our graphical interfaces. SOLID enables these applications to be smoothly linked to technical functionality by providing the interfaces to the corresponding hardware and software components, regulating message distribution and automating the processes.
